Yes, summer has arrived on the home front! Flowers are blooming, bees are buzzing, and the granddaughters are enjoying outdoor fun and games. I, too, and am enjoying the warm days. I love sitting on the deck and writing, and I’m aware of how fast the days go by, so really appreciate each one.

Last week I had a sneak preview of the covers for the Stetsons and Scandals books. I, of course loved them! Hopefully the final versions will arrive soon and I’ll share them here. For now, I have received the blurbs for them and my Christmas anthology story…

Dance with the Rancher (Stetsons & Scandals) (Aug. 1, 2013)
Colorado, 1879
Jilted once, Garret McCoy has sworn never to fall in love again. But that doesn't stop him from wanting to have a little fun, and he bets he can be the man to get the preacher's shy daughter out on the dance floor. He never gambled on her stealing his heart, though!
Rory Boyle has kept to herself, fearful if the townsfolk learn her secret, she'll be an outcast. But she can't resist taking a turn with the handsome but ornery Garret. Or giving in to his kisses…

Rescued by the Ranger (Stetsons & Scandals) (Aug. 1, 2013)
Montana, 1885
Being falsely imprisoned for robbery and presumed dead was bad enough—but discovering his sweetheart had married his brother nearly broke Trace Edwards's heart. Now a Texas Ranger, Trace has returned to Montana for one reason: to investigate his brother's death. But he can't deny that his passion for Annabelle is even stronger than it was all those years ago…

Christmas Cowboy Kisses: A Family for Christmas\A Christmas Miracle\Christmas with Her Cowboy (Harlequin Historical) (Oct. 1, 2013)
Christmas with Her Cowboy by Lauri Robinson
Wyoming, 1881
Ranch hand Tanner Maxwell is not pleased that Anna Hagan has returned to the Double Bar for Christmas. But the little girl he once knew is now all grown up….

That’s all for now. Keep smiling!
