The Railroad Baron’s Mistletoe Bride will be my next story released, in October. It is one of the two novellas in A Gilded Age Christmas.
Two festive romances set in the
glamorous Gilded Age
Two short romances
Celebrate a Gilded Age Christmas!
In Amanda McCabe’s A Convenient Winter
Wedding: marrying Connor O’Neill is about survival for penniless heiress
May Van Der Berg. The distant self-made millionaire is far from the passionate
husband she’d once dreamed of…except for that scorching
kiss! In Lauri Robinson’s The Railroad
Baron's Mistletoe Bride: after years of estrangement, romance blooms
when Kurt invites store clerk Harper and their shared niece to spend Christmas
at his mansion. But are they just a family for the holidays?
And following that will be An Unlikely Match for the Governess coming in November.
Winter is hanging on for us here in Minnesota. We woke up to snow, lots of snow, over five inches has fallen so far, but that’s okay. We needed a day to relax. Two grandchildren spent the night on Friday, and we had a wonderful fun time.
Avery, our youngest granddaughter is three and full of herself. The other day, she asked, “Papa, do you want to play eye-spy with my little eye.”
He replied, “Sure.”
She said, “I spy something with my little eye that’s orange.”
He glanced around the living room and said, “I don’t see anything orange.”
She said, “An orange pushup! They are in the freezer. I’ll show you!”
Yes, that’s one of her favorite foods.
Every day is a blessing. Enjoy each one!
